The Clarksville Memorial VFW and Auxiliary are holding a BBQ at the Save-A-Lot parking lot in Bowling Green from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Fri., July 9.

They’ll be serving pork burgers, port steaks, hamburgers, hotdogs, chips and drinks.

Service Officer Herbert Everett, who recently attended and spoke at the Department of Missouri Auxiliary School of Instruction meeting that was held in Troy, Mo., will be present during the BBQ to offer information regarding veteran benefits and will also have applications for post or auxiliary membership available.
